Limitation of Liability: Devlistic shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with the services provided.
b. Disclaimer of Warranties: Devlistic makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the services offered. The services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without any warranty or condition, express, implied, or statutory.
c. Devlistic shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control.
2. Rules of Conduct:
a. Professional Conduct: Users engaging with Devlistic’s services must adhere to professional conduct standards. This includes respectful communication, honesty in all interactions, and compliance with legal and ethical standards.
b. Intellectual Property: Users shall not engage in any activities that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Devlistic or any third party. This includes but is not limited to, unauthorized use of copyrighted materials, trademarks, or proprietary information.
c. Compliance with Laws: Users must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards when using Devlistic’s services. This includes but is not limited to, laws related to privacy, data protection, and online conduct.
3. User Restrictions:
a. Prohibited Activities: Users are prohibited from engaging in any activities that may harm, disrupt, or interfere with the functioning of Devlistic’s services. This includes but is not limited to, hacking, spamming, or distributing malware.
b. Unauthorized Access: Users shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to Devlistic’s systems or networks. This includes but is not limited to, attempting to bypass security measures or accessing accounts that do not belong to them.
c. Misuse of Services: Users shall not misuse Devlistic’s services for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes. This includes but is not limited to, impersonating others, engaging in deceptive practices, or using the services to promote illegal activities.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation of Services:
- Client-Requested Cancellations: Clients may request to cancel services by providing written notice to Devlistic via email to sagar@devlistic.com. The cancellation request must include the client’s name, contact information, and details of the services to be canceled.
- Cancellation Fees: Depending on the stage of the project and the extent of work completed, cancellation fees may apply. Devlistic reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee to cover any costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.
- Project Progress: If a project is canceled after work has commenced but before completion, Devlistic will assess the progress made and determine an appropriate cancellation fee based on the work completed.
- No-Show Policy: Failure to provide timely notice of cancellation or failure to communicate with Devlistic regarding project status may result in forfeiture of any deposits or payments made.
Refund Policy:
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in the cancellation policy above. Clients may be eligible for a refund of any unused portion of fees paid, minus any applicable cancellation fees.
- Refund Processing: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 Days following the approval of the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees, such as consultation fees, domain registration fees, or third-party service fees, may be non-refundable. Devlistic will communicate any non-refundable fees before the commencement of services.
- No Refunds for Completed Work: No refunds will be provided for services that have been completed and delivered to the client unless there are documented issues with the quality or functionality of the deliverables.
Policy Updates:
Devlistic reserves the right to update or modify this cancellation and refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on the Devlistic website or other relevant communication channels.
